Mind Control Slavery and the New World Order

High-tech slavery is alive and well on planet Earth. Ever since World War II when the United States Government's Project Paperclip sponsored the resettlement of about 2,000 high-level Nazis in the United States, the technology of mind-control programming has advanced rapidly.

"The Germans under the Nazi government began to do serious scientific research into trauma-based mind control," write Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler in their book, The Illuminati Formula used to create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave. "Under the auspices of the Kaiser Wilhelm Medical Institute in Berlin, Josef Mengele conducted mind-control research on thousands of twins and thousands of other hapless victims."

Mengele, known as "the Angel of Death", was one of the approximately 900 military scientists and medical researchers secretly exfiltrated into the United States, where he continued his 'research' and trained others in the black arts of mind control. This work in behaviour manipulation was later incorporated into the CIA's projects Bluebird and Artichoke which, in 1953, became the notorious MKULTRA. The CIA claims that these programs were discontinued, but there is no credible evidence that "The Search for the Manchurian Candidate" (the title of the definitive book by John Marks) ever ceased.

In fact, Captain John McCarthy, US Army Special Forces (Ret.), who ran CIA assassination teams out of Saigon during the Vietnam War, told his friend, LAPD whistleblower Mike Ruppert, that "MKULTRA is a CIA acronym that officially stands for 'Manufacturing Killers Utilizing Lethal Tradecraft Requiring Assassinations'". Thus the CIA's official obsession with producing programmed killers through the MKULTRA contained more than 149 sub-programs in fields ranging from biology, pharmacology, psychology to laser physics and ESP.

More recently, new evidence points to the continuous use of so-called trauma-based programming techniques to accomplish the same goal. This includes the deliberate induction of Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) in involuntary human subjects - in essence, human guinea pigs.

MPD has been reclassified by the American Psychiatric Association as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). The psychiatrists' bible, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-IV, p. 487), characterises it by:

A. The presence of two or more distinct personality states;

B. At least two of these identities or personality states recurrently take control of the person's behaviour;

C. Inability to recall important personal information that is too extensive to be explained by ordinary forgetfulness;

D. The disturbance is not due to the direct physiological effects of a substance or a general medical condition.

No matter what name is assigned to the problem, however, to create this condition by conscious intent is an atrocity so depraved that trauma-based mind-control programming remains the de facto Secret Holocaust of the 20th century. Known as the Monarch Project, it has been verified and corroborated (they have 4 CD's containing 28,000 documents) by numerous survivors like Cathy O'Brien, author of TranceFormation of America, Brice Taylor, author of Starshine, and K. Sullivan, author of MK. No paper trail has been found which leads from the CIA's MKULTRA program to the Monarch Project - a catchword for mind control which involves US military, CIA, NASA and other government agencies. The Book "Trance Formation of America" quoted Sen. Byrd justifying Neo-Nazi to manipulate mankind's religion to bring forth the prophesied biblical "world peace" using mind control to activate the New World Order. Sen. Byrd then said to the author of this book that even the Catholic Pope and Mormon Prophet cooperate fully with The Project and know this is the only way to peace. Page 118-119

The Franklin Cover-up, attorney John W. DeCamp's groundbreaking book about high-level pedophilia, also describes the sordid details of Monarch. "Drugs are not the deepest level of government-sponsored evil," he writes. "I think the lowest level of Hell is reserved for those who conjured up and carried out the 'Monarch Project'. 'Monarch' refers to young people in America who were victims of mind-control experiments run either by US government agencies such as CIA or military intelligence agencies."

DeCamp's client, Monarch abuse survivor Paul Bonacci, has a story which parallels the victimology of O'Brien, Taylor and Sullivan - an extensive cross-corroboration of perpetrators and their methodology. It's simply "the production of a horde of children in whom the soul is crushed, who would spy, whore, kill and commit suicide", in the words of investigative reporter Anton Chaitkin, quoted by DeCamp in his book.

Recovering Monarch victims speak of ongoing trauma through "ritual abuse", also known as "satanic ritual abuse" because of the identifiable iconography of a belief structure associated with Satanism or Luciferianism. By using drugs, hypnosis, torture and electroshock, the Monarch criminal perpetrators have produced new and succeeding generations of victims.

This is not science fiction, but science fact. MPD involves the creation of personality "alters": alternative personalities or personality fragments which can be used for specific tasks - usually for illegal activities like delivering drugs or other black-market activities (mules), messages (couriers) or killings (assassins). These alters, or soul fragments, are segregated and compartmentalised within the victim's mind by the repeated use of stun guns, drugs and hypnosis, which isolates the memories of their experiences.

An alter can be accessed by anyone who knows the "codes" or "triggers". These triggers, which induce an altered or trance state in a programmed victim, can be anything including telephone tones, nursery rhymes, dialogue from certain movies or hand signals.

According to Springmeier and Wheeler, whose 468-page book has become a reference in the field, "...the basis for the success of the Monarch mind-control programming is that different personalities or personality parts called 'alters' can be created who do not know each other, but who can take the body at different times. The amnesia walls that are built by traumas form a protective shield of secrecy that prevents the abusers from being found out and prevents the front personalities who hold the body much of the time to know how their system of alters is being used."

The mind-control programming, however, has not worked according to plan. In fact, the perpetrators, in their arrogance and hubris, never dreamed that their methods could fail. The retrieval of survivors' photographic-like memories of actual abuse incidents, including images, sounds and smells, constitutes a major exposure of human rights abuses. These victims bear witness to the secret atrocities of the so-called New World Order.

MORE ON ILLUMINATI MIND CONTROL

According to John Coleman, author of Conspirators Hierarchy: The Committee of 300: "...the Illuminati is very much alive and well in America... Since the Illuminati is also known as Satanism, it must follow that the CIA was controlled by a Satanist while Dulles had charge of it. The same holds true for George Bush [a member of the Order of Skull and Bones].

"Given the ghastly mind-control experiments constantly being conducted by the CIA, and its past connections to fiendish monsters like Dr Campbell and Dr Sidney Gottlieb, it does not take much to conclude that the CIA follows satanic roads," Coleman concludes in his monograph, "Illuminati in America".

With regards to "the brainwashing capabilities of the Tavistock Institute as well as US Department of Defense projects like the Advanced Research Project Agency", Coleman writes that "...the bottom line of the projects is mind control as predicted by the book, The Technotronic Era, by Zbigniew Brzezinski. The project goes by the name 'Monarch Program' and it is a vast project involving not only the CIA but the Army, Air Force and Navy with all of their skills and vast resources."

SULLIVAN'S TRAVELS

The horrific torture and sexual abuse of children, also called "satanic ritual abuse", has been a key component in the creation of mind-controlled slaves.

Mind-control survivor K. Sullivan has written an astounding book called MK, a fictionalised account of her life, which describes the world of multiple personalities. To her credit, Sullivan has been able to reconstruct from her memories the actual mechanics and methodology of going from one alter state to another. A programmed assassin and sex slave, Sullivan says she was abused and raped by Robert Maxwell, Henry Kissinger, George Bush and Billy Graham, among others. One of her controllers was deceased CIA operative James Jesus Angleton, who has been widely regarded as a KGB and Mossad asset.

In a recent interview, Sullivan spoke about her background as a "family-generational slave" to the elite and about her stepfather, now deceased, who was initially her primary programmer. His cover was a church-going, upstanding citizen, a professional mechanical and systems engineer with a curious interest in robotics.

"There were a number of people who trained, conditioned, then broke my will, broke my psyche and programmed me in different altered states," she said in a recent interview. "My father was the one who did me the most. He did it through terror. He did it through torture. He was a very brilliant man, and he seemed to enjoy doing it to me and other children."

Confirming that her father was "horribly abused as a child", Sullivan added: "I know that for certain. His father was a Welsh Druid who had been sold as a child to a ship captain who brought him over to the US. At least that's the mentality in my family, for slavery of children to be okay. I heard this from older family members. They've never denied it. But my grandfather was a covert Druid as well. I'm sure he brought the religion over with him. One of the things he would do is go to the graveyard near his house and dig up bodies, then take them into the basement and take them apart and have fun with them. And he also did rituals out in the woods sometimes at night. He would sacrifice babies. And I was exposed to that. So I'm sure my father was, too, which left him no other alternative but to become like his father."

And how is this behaviour related to Satanism or is it just generational child abuse?

"I think it's both," she answered slowly. "And what it boils down to is these people are doing illegal activities. Criminals tend to find criminals. They tend to gravitate toward each other. It's amazing how they can find each other out. My grandfather developed connections to the Mafia in our area. I understand it was the Colombo family. I don't know what he did exactly, but I do have one memory of riding in a cement truck where he and other drivers with cement trucks were using the cement from the trucks to bury several bodies. So I guess they just did whatever needed to be done. That was in New York and Pennsylvania. My father was an assassin as well as other things, and these people really enjoy killing people. He killed people more for favours than for hire. He got to have as many kids as he wanted to raise."

Her father also had CIA and NASA connections. "The CIA work seems to be rather covert. He worked for Western Electric and later on for AT&T," Sullivan said. "I found out, since then, that Western Electric has had very strong CIA ties. I have been able to go through some of his papers since his death in 1990, and I have found on his desk calendar for that year that he had several contacts with NASA. Since then I have remembered that there were several facilities that he took me to that were NASA facilities. The NASA connections seem to be directly connected to the Paperclip connection. The Nazis were brought into the country and then were integrated into the NASA structure after the war.

"My father, because of his Celtic background, had very low self-esteem," continued Sullivan. "Being exposed to some of these Nazi war criminals seemed to mean a whole lot to him because he had a mother that was German. Between the Celtic background and a German mother, these men built up his self-esteem as far as being Aryan. He very much identified with them, and I think, from what I understand, he got a lot of his training especially from one man I knew as Dr Schwartz. He had slightly wavy black hair and very dark eyes. He was slim. I can't say his height because I was just a child. He had a definite German accent. People called him Herr Doctor or Dr Schwartz, one of the two. Sometimes he was called Dr Black. He was a pedophile for sure and he was a very cold man. He liked to make kids think that they would feel safe with him, but he would do something that would upset the children and then they would be afraid of him after that."

MULTI-MODE PROGRAMMING

Sullivan said that she was used to sexually service both males and females in the Beta mode, and to do assassination, bodyguarding and intrusions in hostage situations in the Delta mode.

And what is Alpha, Beta, Delta and Theta programming?

"Alpha was the basis for all the other programs," she continued. "It seems to be where a lot of information was stored in my memory, in my mind, that was used by programmers to develop the other programs. It's where some of my more generic alter states were also stored. Beta was the sexual servicing part of me. They also sometimes called the alter state 'Barbie'. It was supposed to be named after Klaus Barbie." Like Barbie doll?

Survivors Cathy O'Brien and Brice Taylor were also subjected to Beta, or sex-slave, programming. They, like actress Marilyn Monroe, were called "presidential models", mind-controlled slaves for the use of high-level politicians.

According to Springmeier's book, "...in 1981, the New World Order made training films for their novice programmers. Monarch slave Cathy O'Brien was used to make the film How To Divide a Personality and How To Create a Sex Slave. Two Huntsville porn photographers were used to help NASA create these training films."

Sullivan recalled: "I was used both as a child and as an adult in those alter states, and I had more than one. In those alter states I would not resist. I had no anger. I was an absolute sexual slave and I would do whatever I was told to do."

Delta programming is military-assassin programming that has trickled into popular consciousness through movies like La Femme Nikita, its American remake, Point of No Return, and The Long Kiss Goodnight.

Regarding the Delta programming, Sullivan said: "...it was when I was used to do hits, kills, and also bodyguarding and hostage extraction. I had a great number of alter personalities that had specialised training and had different modes to do different things."

Why was the training kept separate for different alters?

"Part of it was so I wouldn't recall too much at any one time - if I did start to remember," she said. "And also because they hand-pick each part out for a certain type of situation. If you had a part coming out that was very loyal to people that that part was bodyguarding, you don't want that part going off and killing somebody. And you don't want a part that's specifically programmed to kill coming out and feeling sorry for the target. So you have to keep the emotions and the motives separate as well. And so that's why they had to have different parts."

Sullivan's description of Theta programming seems to correlate with the development and use of so-called extrasensory powers and extraphysical abilities.

"Theta was where they used - I don't like the word 'psychic' because I think it's been so misused - thought energy," she said. "I just knew it as magnetic-type energy from the individual to do a number of different things that they were experimenting with, including long-distance mind connection with other people - even in other countries. I guess you would call it 'remote viewing' - where I could see what a person was doing in another state in a room or something like that.

"It was both actual programming and experimentation. Because what they did - they kept it encapsulated in several parts of me, several altered states. It was a lot of training, a lot of experimentation."

Theta programming also implies the use of thought energy to kill someone at a distance.

"A lot of times I ran across other victims with Theta programming," Sullivan said in a recent CKLN radio interview. "One of the movie and book themes they used extensively was Dune, by Frank Herbert. It won't be too hard to figure because what they taught us was that we could cause things to happen to other people. It was to build up rage inside. It would come out in a form of pure energy that would hit them... They had talked about people imploding internally in their digestive organs. I don't know because I can't see what goes on inside another body, but I do know that it does work."

The calculated admixture of doing good and evil seems to be a hallmark of the Illuminati methodology. It's as if they recognise, at a spiritual level, that all the horrible karma they create can be balanced by generous philanthropic gestures; for example, giving a billion dollars to the United Nations, or other feats of extraordinary compassion.

"Also, they tried to use me for hands-on healing because I had a grandmother who was a healer from Sweden," said Sullivan. "So they were trying - that was me and several other survivors I talked to since - to use them in that mode also. And hands-on healing means that you would focus electromagnetic energy into the other person's body."

BRICE TAYLOR'S ORDEAL

Another book, Brice Taylor's Starshine: One Woman's Valiant Escape from Mind Control, corroborates Cathy O'Brien's and K. Sullivan's experiences. Even though it's a fictionalised account, the book clearly indicates that major crimes have been - and are being - committed by the major players of the world's power elites.

Brice Taylor was also a "presidential model", and in a recent interview she went into intimate details of her many experiences with politicians promoting the New World Order.

"What it [being a presidential model] means," she explained, "is that your program is to have sex with presidents; and I did overhear this, that different politicians were encouraged to use CIA escorts for sex, so they wouldn't be in a vulnerable position if they ever disclosed any national security secrets to anyone on the outside, or for blackmail."

And how would she characterise this so-called New World Order?

"It is an attempt to bring in a One World Government in which elite families have things the way they want. Their belief was that the planet was overpopulated and that something had to be done: psychological and biological warfare. They considered mind control as a tool, their ace in the hole, something really different that would act as an invisible weapon."

ADVENTURES WITH HENRY K. AND THE COUNCIL

In her recovery, Brice Taylor also had memories of being used by Henry Kissinger as a mind-controlled courier.

"If you program someone to have a perfect photographic memory and total recall, then you have the capacity to be able to deal with many different tasks and assignments simultaneously," she explains. "Henry Kissinger created a 'mindfile' inside of my head. I would be sent around to all these leaders to keep their data - on some of their projects or whatever their agenda was - sorted. When they'd meet people, I would be programmed by either Kissinger or Nelson Rockefeller. This was in the mid-1960s."

But who's running the 'show'?

"I think there's this other layer that I call 'the Council' in my book," Taylor explained. "I know that this is a group of men that stand head and shoulders above even Kissinger and the Rockefellers. They have been genetically engineered in a way that they have [she hesitated, searching for the right words] different leadership abilities and that they are actually the ones running the plan."

They refer to themselves as "the Council"?

"Yes. When I was telling other people within the intelligence community about it that were involved in it, they said they call themselves the Council. The CIA has all these mind-control operatives that are working for the Government. Then there's the Council, which also understands about the mind-control project. But the Council is not CIA controlled. They could take someone like myself and be able to debrief me to find out what my agenda was."

MORE BAD MEMORIES

And how did Ms Taylor first figure out she was suffering from MPD and that she was a programmed multiple?

"It started in 1985," said Taylor. "I had a very serious car accident in which my head went through the windshield. I began to have memory flashes like a memory bleed-through from one alter to another. I think what occurred was I began having access to both sides of my brain. Before, with all the sophisticated programming, half my brain was shut away from me. Now the neuron pathways had opened up because of the accident. I know of other women who have also had memories come back."

So a blow to the brain had broken up the programming?

"Exactly," she said. "What happened is my memories began coming back. I was in school, working on my Master's degree in psychology, when a flood of memories came back. I have a closet full of journals. I wrote down everything I was remembering. Once I got to a certain level, I had a lot of therapeutic support because, every time I'd start remembering, I'd want to hurt myself or kill myself. I lost control of my body in a car on the freeway in the fast lane one time as I was trying to really understand how programming worked. I was trying to understand from inside; a part of me was trying to explain programming to me, and I was on the freeway in the fast lane and I could not move my body. It was terrifying. These are the kinds of things I had to constantly fight.

"When I deprogrammed I literally spent two years in my bedroom, drinking coffee, just writing everything down," she said. "They programmed me with perfect photographic memory. When memories came back, like the ones with Kissinger, I not only could hear his words and his voice, I could smell his cigar. I could smell his farts. I mean, I could hear and see as I remembered everything in my mind."

THE SATANIC RITUAL MURDER CONNECTION

Missing children, sexual abuse of children and pedophilia around the world all point to the involvement of an organised network of high-level criminals who covertly control the legal system. Former FBI agent and private investigator Ted Gunderson agrees. He claims that "there's a considerable overlap from various groups and organisations, but one of the driving forces is the satanic cult movement today".

In his video, Satanism and the CIA's International Trafficking of Children, Gunderson refers to the notorious black magician Aleister Crowley. "The Satanists have used his writings as a guide," he says, referring to Crowley's Magick in Theory and Practice.

In Chapter XII, "Of the Bloody Sacrifice" (p. 94), Crowley writes: "It would be unwise to condemn as irrational the practice of those savages who tear the heart and liver from an adversary and devour them while yet warm. In any case it was the theory of the ancient Magicians that any living being is a storehouse of energy, varying in quantity according to the size and health of the animal, and in quality according to its mental and moral character. At the death of the animal this energy is liberated suddenly.

"The animal should therefore be killed within the Circle [the satanic circle] or the Triangle, as the case may be, so that its energy cannot escape. An animal should be selected whose nature accords with that of the ceremony - thus by sacrificing a female lamb one would not obtain any appreciate quantity of the fierce energy useful to the Magician who was invoking Mars. In such a case a ram would be more suitable. And this ram should be virgin - the whole potential of its original total energy should not have been diminished in any way. For the highest spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains that greatest and purest force. A male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory and suitable victim."

"We're talking about human sacrifice here," says Gunderson.

More recently the 'tradition' of human sacrifice has been promoted by the late Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan, who wrote in the Satanic Bible (p. 88) that "the only time a Satanist would perform a human sacrifice would be if he were to serve a twofold purpose; that being to release the magickian's [sic] wrath in throwing a curse and, more importantly, to dispose of a totally obnoxious and deserving person".

Note the casual reference to murdering someone because he or she 'displeased' the Satanist/black magician. Ding dong, LaVey is dead, but his crimes live on. He's been named by several of his victim-slaves as a mind-control perpetrator. The late 'perp' himself wrote in the Satanic Bible (p. 90) that "the ideal sacrifice may be emotionally insecure, but nonetheless can in the machinations of his insecurity cause severe damage to your tranquility or sound reputation".

The Satanists, after all, follow Crowley's injunction: "Do what thou wilt. That is the the law." In other words, Satanists as gods themselves will decide what to do - bypassing God's laws as well as the laws of men. It sounds like the modus operandi of the Illuminati.

Gunderson makes this further comment in his video: "In my estimation, there are over three million practising Satanists in America today. How did I come up with these figures? I have informants. For instance, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles with a population of 200,000, he told me there are 3,000 practising Satanists. That is where the well-known McMartin Preschool case took place. I have an informant in Lincoln, Nebraska. In Iowa City, Iowa, a town of 150,000 - 1,500 Satanists. It averages to about 1.5 per cent of the population."

Gunderson asserts that "...50,000 to 60,000 individuals are sacrificed every year. There are about eight satanic holidays."

The sick joke of it all? The FBI keeps a count of stolen or missing cars, but has yet to keep a tab on missing children in America.

CRYPTO-SATANIST IN THE FBI?

You shouldn't be surprised to know that FBI Supervisory Special Agent Kenneth V. Lanning, of the Behavioral Science Unit of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime, denies the existence of satanic ritual abuse in his 1992 Investigator's Guide to Allegations of Ritual Child Abuse. Lanning's intellectual posturing and specious reasoning should be studied as a prime example of serpentine logic. His semantics are brilliant, as he claims that "the words 'satanic', 'occult' and 'ritual' are often used interchangeably" and "it is difficult to define Satanism precisely". Then he frames the discussion of Satanism in non-judgemental terms, that "it is important to realize that for some people any religious belief system other than their own is satanic".

As Pilate asked "What is truth?", Lanning asks "What is Satanism?" He writes that at "...law enforcement training conferences, it is witchcraft, santeria, paganism and the occult that are most often referred to as forms of Satanism. It may be a matter of definition, but these things are not necessarily the same as traditional Satanism." He almost trips over himself declaiming the impossibility of knowing the definition. Then he dismisses satanic ritual abuse as a simple psychological problem: "Obsessive Compulsive Disorder".

Of course, if he had taken the time to interview true believers, he would know that it's an actual belief system based on the ritual performance of torture and murder in loyalty to Satan and as an exchange for future rewards from the forces of darkness.

Lanning's denial, ignoring the evidence of mind-control atrocities and ritual abuse, is astonishing. Is Lanning a crypto-Satanist? He's publicly denied it, but he didn't have to bother. His "freedom of religion" is protected by the US Constitution.

FATAL JUSTICE REVISITED

Private investigator Ted L. Gunderson was dragged kicking and screaming into the netherworld of Satanism, child kidnapping, drug smuggling and other corruption.

Before he retired in 1979, Gunderson was the FBI Special Agent in Charge (SAC) in Los Angeles. He headed the FBI office, where he had 800 people under him and a yearly budget of over US$24 million. Since then, Gunderson's role as a private investigator and security consultant has led him to expose CIA drug dealing, child kidnapping and trafficking, mind control, and satanic murder-for-hire groups. He has also investigated many high-profile cases like the Dr Jeffrey McDonald case, the McMartin Preschool case, Nebraska's Franklin Cover-up case, the Oklahoma City Bombing case, the Inslaw/Octopus case, and many other real-life criminal conspiracies.

"Shortly after my retirement, I was asked to investigate the Jeffrey R. McDonald case as a private investigator," said Gunderson in a recent interview. "He's a doctor who was convicted of murdering his wife and two children at Fort Bragg, North Carolina on February 17, 1970. I put in about 2,000 hours on the case. He had been convicted and sentenced to three consecutive life sentences. Much to my surprise, the evidence that I read, the information I developed...I've established beyond any question of a doubt that this man is absolutely innocent."

Jerry Allen Potter, author of Fatal Justice, a powerful point-by-point refutation of Joe McGinnis's cover-up book, Fatal Vision, agrees. His book exposes McGinnis's best-seller as pure fiction.

Gunderson continued: "I obtained a signed confession from Helena Stokely, the girl in the floppy hat, for those who are familiar with the case. She said Dr McDonald did not commit these crimes. They were committed, she said '...by my satanic cult group. It was my initiation into the cult that night,' she said."

After a while, Gunderson realised that the McDonald case was a classic case of US Government crime and cover-up.

"She gave me detailed information about movements within the house. She told me she attempted to ride a rocking horse in the child's bedroom that night, but she couldn't ride it because the spring was broken. The only way she could have known that was to have been there that night.

"I submitted an 1100-plus page report in March 1981 to Judge William Webster, who was then the head of the FBI, with a personal letter to him and to the US Department of Justice. Much to my surprise, my 19 witnesses including Helena Stokely started calling me and telling me, 'Hey Ted, they're trying to get me to recant.' And I'm telling myself, 'That isn't the responsibility of the FBI. The FBI is supposed to gather information, not destroy it.' And that was my first clue that we had a serious problem in that case and in the other cases I handled. I noticed in each instance that evidence was destroyed, lost, stolen; that there were strong indications of corruption.

"So I asked myself, 'What's going on here?' And over the years I started gathering materials. Up until about two years ago, I kept saying, 'There's a loose-knit network operating in this country, involving drugs, pedophilia, prostitution, corruption, etc. From my research, I'm convinced it's much more serious. It's much more than a loose-knit network. It is a conspiracy. And you know how the media goes after you when you use that 'c'-word. And I'm going to prove it to you. By the way, this conspiracy involves pornography, drugs, pedophilia and organised child kidnapping.

An interesting case in Utah involving a child kidnapping of a prominent family which gained national coverage commencing June 2002, whose grandfather was a former US Congressman Wayne Owens who died in Israel during the disappearance - what was he going to disclose?, was found to have been abducted by a "visionary/crazy" man to DISCREDIT ANYONE who does legitimately have a spiritual connection with the Lord. Four qualified informants, an FBI agent, two police officers and a secret service man leaked information to two reporters who were later fired. The informants were protected by their superiors and were exonerated of having done anything wrong. The leak of "irrelavent" information was that the father belonged to a pornography ring because of the revealed contents of his computer hard drive. The daughter, of course, showed signs of sexual abuse and at a very young age is an accomplished musician (talent can be programmed in with the mind control/abuse technology) presenting the perfect image "that all is well in Zion". Please research the link to http://www.konformist.com/jonbenet.htm The mind control that is going on in America and the world (Sadam Husain - pronography/drugs/control/torture - connections with the One World Order) involves the very elite, prominent families such as the Jonbenet Ramsey family according to Cathy O'Brien, mind control sex slave of "Trance Formation of America" at www.trance-formation.com who stated that John Ramsey was a friend to Cathy's father who gained wealth by pornography and "selling" his children into the MKUltra Mind Control program. Other witnessed information that she gave (including 4 CD's with 28,000 documents) that is not included in her book revealed that entertainers (talent can be programmed in) such as a very famous Utah family of singers are a part of the mind control organization. Several members of this family have suffered nervous breakdowns and the only girl of the talented family has disclosed on national TV and later watered down in her book that she was sexually abused as a child and was subjected to "controlling adults". Cathy O'Brien also revealed that a Utah Senator who is very much in support of the Patriot Bill, which takes away our freedom, was seen with two of the mind control sex slaves. It is our witnessed belief that Cathy is still being controlled living only 50 minutes from the Huntsville NASA Base (a mind control center as disclosed in her book). Also when we visited with this couple, Mark absolutely "flipped out" and became extremely nervous when we showed documentation regarding Harris Bank--CIA front?, so immediately after that Mark went from friend to nervous enemy - very strange behavior, indeed. He began using the MANTRA of the Mormon Mafia which is their only shallow defense - "you're crazy" which is laughable because we are both extremely credible and well-respected. On page 117-118 of her book, "Trance Formation of America" Senator Byrd of the KKK, One World Order and MKUltra program justified mind control atrocities as a means of evolving mankind using neonazi torture, sexual abuse, drug running for mind control as the means to the end for world peace through control. He justified manipulating mankind's religion to fulfill the prophesied biblical "world peace" with the only means possible - total mind control in the New World Order. Cathy was forced to join the mormon church from the catholic church and discloses certain Bishop's store houses being used for drugs and occult practices being performed in LDS ward houses. (see Glenn Pace's memo regarding satanic occult and sexual abuse involving church members and leaders) Cathy was also given her patriarchial blessing by a patriarch without hands -mentioned by Spencer W. Kimball. This Patriach was afraid of and hated her "husband/handler" Wayne Cox. Wayne Cox is a satanic murderer (Cox, as everyone else involved in the MKUltra Program is protected by the National Security Act) who would cut off people's hands. She quotes Senator Byrd as saying "after all even the Pope and the Mormon Prophet know this is the only way to peace and they cooperate fully with The Project". During our investigation of the mind control going on in America, two "handlers" both made identical statements of "oh, you've become bonded with Cathy/Julie haven't you?" Then the handlers proceeded to do everything possible to break up the friendship. We witnessed "lost time" and also the incredible stress of CIA agent Mark Phillips when a document was shown linking Harris Bank of Chicago (a CIA front) with the theft of a billion dollar gold mine which also involves the secret brotherhood corruption of Utah leaders, Zion's First National Bank, bought off attorney's and media, judicial corruption such as Judge Ray Harding, Jr.'s drug abuse, etc. As Oscar McConkie, Jr., attorney for GBH and COP stated "right or wrong we have the final say". Prophetically we are warned about the Gadianton Robbers, blood oaths, secret combinations, blind obedience (Joseph Smith: "when leaders require blind obedience of you they have it in their hearts to do wrong"), Prophets that lead the people to err (Micah Chapter 3 also Isaiah and other scriputres refute the claim that "A Prophet will NEVER lead you astray"), Prophets, Apostles (who profess to be) and even Bishops (all of the Lord's House) that need to repent or be removed (D&C 64:37-40), the type and shadow of a president of the church, King Noah in the book of Mosiah of the Book of Mormon who flattered the people, built great and spacious buildings and temples(s), and tried to kill one of his high priests, Alma for believing in a man who was called by the Lord to preach repentance to the president/king of the church. Thousands of people received spiritual witness verified by the scriptures that leaders who declare "All is Well in Zion" (2Nephi 28-21) will be proved to be liars and hypocrites. GBH made this declaration in General Conference in 1996. With cross referencing of the scriptures you find that the anti-christ will be "called and appointed by the Lord" (Judas was also called by the Lord). A whirlwind hit downtown SLC in fulfillment of the need of the Lord's House to be cleansed. (D&C 112) This Heavenly manifestation was followed up with a tornado in Green River, Utah which also further tied in Daniel's prophesy of the 1335 days of the Anti-Christ's ending of power. The fourth Beast mentioned in Daniel's prophesy is America, the 10 Kings without a country is Brigham Young to Harold B. Lee, 3 others subdued be a 4th - Howard W. Hunter - "car accident", Spencer W. Kimball - brain surgery, Ezra T. Benson - brain surgery all controlled by GBH - the 4th. The big and little horn of the ram broken by the goat - Melchezidiak and Aaronic Priesthood broken by the Anti-Christ. "When a man abuses the priesthood, it is amen to that man's priesthood" GBH "Everyone needs to repent no matter their age or position" warning from Elder Richard G. Scott to Gordon B. Hinckley and all other leaders (another Alma?) The public relations/pulpit/media facade is NOT what goes on behind the scene with the money changers who are PAID for their services. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. We were warned to not have "Kings" but should have only the body of the 12 Apostles as the Savior set in order until his return. We were warned by the Savior to NEVER swear but to only say yea or nay and to NEVER take a blood oath (Moses 5:29 Lucifer teaches Cain to keep a secret or "suffer his life to be taken"- masonic blood oath incorporated in the Nauvoo Temple by Brigham Young a 33rd degree mason (D&C 124) causing the church to come under condemnation by the Lord as we were warned by Ezra Taft Benson in his famous Pride talk before he was subdued. Howard W. Hunter revealed the serious blood oath taken by the Apostles who are no longer admonished to "never cease striving until you see the Lord face to face" but are now taught to be loyal to each other. This loyalty was witnessed when Dallin Oaks admitted in a newspaper article that he lied to cover up for Boyd K. Packard being instrumental in the excommunication of the intellectuals. We should consecrate only to the Lord and not to the church which justifies theft by the leaders/moneychangers. Wake up good people of Babylon/Zion - the people are to be the judge of the leaders before Zion will flourish (D&C 64)!

"My 'missing children' lecture documents that the Finders, an organisation in Washington, DC, is a CIA front," said Gunderson. "It's a covert operation involved in international trafficking of children." He was referring to a US Customs Service report which states that the Finders case is to be closed because it is "an internal CIA matter". Gunderson added: "These people - the satanic movement in the world - have set up preschools for the purpose of getting their hands on our children. The parents drop them off at nine in the morning and pick them up at night."

Far-fetched? Think again. In The Law Is For All, Aleister Crowley writes: "Moreover, the Beast 666 [Crowley's reference to himself] adviseth that all children shall be accustomed from infancy to witness every type of sexual act, as also the process of birth, lest falsehood fog and mystery stupefy their minds whose error else might thwart and misdirect the growth of their subconscious system of self-symbolism."

SPIRITUAL WARFARE AND SATANIC IMPERIALISM

Sexual abuse of children and horrific mind control technology may be tenets of 'faith' for the Satanist believer as well as the programmer. Or they may be symptomatic of a larger struggle on a cosmic scale. When you peer in the face of Absolute Evil, you cannot remain complacent.

Therapist Dr M. Scott Peck, author of The People of the Lie, writes: "...at one point I defined evil as 'the exercise of political power that is the imposition of one's will upon others by overt or covert coercion in order to avoid...spiritual growth'".

Psychologist Erich Fromm, author of The Heart of Man, defines this struggle between Good and Evil as biophilia (the love of life) vs necrophilia (the love of death). "The necrophilous person is driven by the desire to transform the organic into the inorganic, to approach life mechanically as if all living persons were things," he writes. "The necrophilous person can relate to an object - a flower or a person - only if he possesses it; hence a threat to his possession is a threat to himself... He loves control and in the act of controlling he kills life... 'Law and order' for them are idols..."

In the end, it may be that spiritual warfare - or the clash of the absolutes - is the real reason why ritual abuse and high-tech mind control have been exposed. Satanic imperialism continues unabated, and the battle for planet Earth moves to the next stage.

"To amend title 28 of the United States Code to provide for a remedy against the United States for claims based upon conduct involving human experimentation, to provide a remedy against the United States with respect to constitutional and human rights violations, and for other purposes.

:And S. 193 of the 105th Congress by Sen. Glenn:

"To provide protections to individuals who are the human subject of research.

Sen. Glenn's remarks from the Congressional Record for Jan 22, 1997:

HUMAN RESEARCH SUBJECT PROTECTION ACT

Mr. GLENN. Madam President, I rise today to introduce the
Human Research Subject Protection Act of 1997. I send the
bill to the desk.

The PRESIDING OFFICER. The bill will be received and
appropriately referred.

Mr. GLENN. Madam President, if I approached any Senator here
and I said, `You did not know it, but the last time they
went to the doctor or went to the hospital, your wife or
your husband or your daughter or your son became the subject
of a medical experiment that they were not even told about.
They were given medicine, they were given pills, they were
given radiation, they were given something and were not even
told about this, were not even informed about it, yet they
are under some experimental research that might possibly do
them harm--maybe some good will come out of it, but maybe it
will do them harm also--but they do not know about it,'
people would laugh at that and say that is ridiculous. That
cannot possibly happen in this country. Yet, that very
situation is what this piece of legislation is supposed to
address.

I have been in public life and have served this country for
many years. Frankly, I do not think too many things that I
see surprise me anymore about our laws and about Government.
Three years ago, though, I began to learn about a gap in our
legal system that does truly concern me. In 1993 the
Governmental Affairs Committee began to investigate the cold
war radiation experiments. These experiments are one of the
unfortunate legacies of the cold war, when our Government
sponsored experiments involving radiation on our own
citizens without their consent. They did not even know the
experiments were being run on them. It was without their
consent.

One of the most infamous of these experiments took place in
my own State of Ohio, when scores of patients at the
University of Cincinnati were subjected to large doses of
radiation during experimental treatments, without their
consent, without their informed consent. During the course
of this investigation, I began to ask the question, what
protections are in place to prevent such abuses from
happening again? What law prohibits experimenting on people
without their informed consent?

What I found, when I looked into it, is there is no law on
the books requiring that informed consent be obtained. More
important, I believe there is a need for such a law, as
there continue to be cases where this basic right--I do view
it as a basic right--is abused. As I started out, I would
like to put this on a personal level for everyone of my
colleagues. You just think about your own family, your own
son, your own daughter, or grandchildren who might be, the
next time they go to a doctor, the subject of some medical
experiment that they are not even told about. I do not think
there can be many things more un-American than that.

With the introduction of this bill today I hope to begin the
process of correcting some serious gaps in our legal system.
I want to make clear right now I am not seeking to bring
medical research to a screeching halt. Please do not anybody
at NIH, or anybody doing research throughout this country,
think we are trying to stop that. We are not. That is not my
intent and not the intent of this bill.

This country has the very finest health care system in the
world, in part because of basic research. In fact, in large
part because we have put more effort, more resources, more
of our treasure into health research than any other nation
in this world. In fact, I believe most people are not
opposed to participating themselves in scientific research,
if they are told about the pros and the cons. That is the
goal of this legislation, to make sure that people have the
appropriate information to make an informed choice about
their medical treatment.

Everyone listening today probably has heard of the Nuremberg
Code. That is the list of 10 ethical research principles
which were produced as part of the judgment against Nazi
physicians who engaged in truly heinous medical experiments
during World War II.

The first principle of the Nuremberg Code states that the
voluntary consent of the human subject of research is
absolutely essential. Unfortunately, as we look back through
our history since the late 1940's, it appears that
researchers in America may not have taken all that Nuremberg
lesson completely to heart.

I ask my colleagues what the following names might have in
common: thalidomide, Tuskegee, and Willowbrook?

Well, the answer is that these are all sad examples of
unethical research conducted in the United States, and in
the United States well after the Nuremberg Code was issued,
adopted and worldwide attention had been focused on some of
the abuses of that time during World War II.

Given this history, I find it astounding that even after
Nuremberg, the thalidomide babies, Willowbrook, Tuskegee and
the cold war radiation experiments, and who knows how many
other cases, we still don't have a law on our books
requiring that informed consent--those two words, `informed
consent'--be obtained prior to conducting research on human
subjects.

I have had research conducted on me because of my past
activities before I came to the Senate in the space program
and so on, but I knew what was being looked at, what was
being tried. I knew the objectives of it, and I was willing
to do that. I was happy to do it. But it was informed
consent that I had personally, and I knew what I was getting
into and glad to do it.

I think most people feel the same way. If they know what
they are getting into and they feel there is a good purpose
to it, they are willing to do it. But to do research on
people when they don't even know what the research or the
medicines or

the radiation is that is being tried on them, I think is
unconscionable.

What it comes down to is there are no criminal fines or
penalties for violating the spirit or the letter of that
Nuremberg Code that should be the basis of all of our
informed consent in this country.

In fact, our own Constitution says, `The right of the people
to be secure in their persons . . . shall not be violated.'

So there is no explicit statutory prohibition against
improper research. I must add that just because there is no
law on the books does not mean there are no protections for
people from unethical medical or scientific research.

These tragic incidents I have mentioned have resulted in
changes in the way human research subjects are treated. I
don't want to misrepresent this, because there is a very
elaborate system of protections that have developed over the
years. Unfortunately, though, this system does have some
gaps and, if enacted, I believe this legislation will close
those gaps.
Let me briefly describe the system that is currently in
place.
Regulations governing the protection of human research
subjects were issued by the Department of Health, Education,
and Welfare in 1974 and may be found at part 46 of title 45
of the Code of Federal Regulations.

In 1991, 10 years after a recommendation of a
congressionally chartered Presidential advisory board, 16
other agencies adopted a portion of this rule, a portion of
the rule to apply to research that these agencies sponsored.
And at that point, these regulations became known as the
common rule.

The common rule requires research institutions receiving
Federal support and Federal agencies conducting research to
establish committees, and these are known as--the shorthand
version is IRB's--Institutional Review Boards. Their job is
to review research proposals for risk of harm to human
subjects and to perform other duties to protect human
research subjects.

The common rule also stipulates requirements related to
informed consent, how researchers must inform potential
subjects of the risks to which they, as study participants,
agree to be exposed.

It should also be noted that HHS regulations contain
additional protections not included in the common rule for
research involving vulnerable populations; namely, pregnant
women, fetuses, subjects of in vitro fertilization research,
prisoners and children. No other Federal agency has adopted
these additional protections.

Several mechanisms have been developed by HHS and research
institutions over the years to extend the common-rule
protections to more people. For example, many, but not all,
research institutions which receive some Federal support
voluntarily apply common-rule guidelines to all research
conducted at their institutions.

verbal questions, only written ones.) ... like yourselves. We've been doing
a lot of work with the mental health folks. Therapists are known as
"rapists" and mental health is known as "mental hell" and I learned real
quick around doctors, you don't allow them to ask verbal questions, because
they get in heated arguments and (unintelligible.)

Cathy O'Brien:
Verbalizing goes into the emotions, and by writing, it certainly keeps it
logical, and logical is the key for us all to deal with this psychological
warfare tactic.

Mark Phillips:
Question: Is there a Masonic connection to this sexual abuse?

Quite frankly, all secret societies are involved or infiltrated in some way.
I know a lot of Masons that are as surprised and as shocked as you are to
learn about this. But yes, Cathy was abused in some Masonic halls, and I'm
sure, by the names I checked and the names that some of our friends within
the FBI checked that not all of them were Masons that were in there that
were in fact sexually abusing Cathy. So I guess you could say Masons are
involved, but it is not a Masonic issue so much as it is a criminal issue.

Question: What role does NLP play in mind control?

I wish every child and every adult in this country understood Neuro
Linguistic Programming. Neuro Linguistics is the language of the
unconscious, and until you understand it, you can become a victim of it.
Not in absolute robotic mind control, but you may find yourself impulse
buying in the grocery store, or you may find yourself falling victim to a ve
ry clever automobile ad or perfume ad or, I don't think you'd call it the
military, but the military uses NLP and subliminal (unintelligible) heavily
in their marketing campaigns to recruit.

Question: Is NLP comprehensive in Colorado and Ohio and involved in this in
any way?

No. NLP, I believe, should be taught to everybody because if you understand
something, it is not nearly as dangerous, and NLP is the language of our
unconscious.

Question: How does the HAARP project play into mind control of the masses?

The Soviets were the first to developed this type of technology. It is
based on Nicola Tesla's work, and it is tapping into the Van Allen belt,
among other things. This book called, "Angels Don't Play This HAARP," by
Doctor Nick Begich out of Anchorage Alaska, and it is one of the most
comprehensive. His father was a Senator of Alaska, and along with the
Senator from Louisiana (unintelligible), neither one of them have ever been
found. Their plane went down a few years back and (unintelligible.) But
Nick, his son, went on to become a doctor, and has written a wonderful book
exposing this. Haarp, among other things, is a behavior modification
device. It is a mind control device. Among other things, it is wreaking
havoc, I believe, on our crops and certainly our weather pattern. But you
need to get his book and read about that.

Question: Are you on the World Wide Web?

Yes. We are.

Oh, I feel awful. Yes, I do have an address, and if you'll write us, we'll
give it to you. And you can now hear us talking, do all kind of things on
this particular web site, (unintelligible.) There's one of them that went
into operation just last Friday which is, um, I'm really illiterate when it
comes to the Web and to the net, and we've had people, supporters, putting

We want to get as many questions as we possibly can.

Question: What are you going to say about the Philadelphia Experiment and
Montauk?

Ok. First of all, for those of you who don't understand about Montauk,
there are a number of people that are going around the countryside stating
that we've been involved in all sorts of things involving aliens and this
sort of thing. I'm not saying that there's not aliens, I'm not saying that
some of our problems couldn't be alien related. All of it seems alien to
me, but in my experience and all of the experience of those that I know in
the various intelligence communities, no one has coughed up the information
that this is aliens behind this stuff. And I'd like to understand, for you
all to understand what I understand is the bad guys go to a whole lot of
trouble to convince us it's aliens, and that ought to tell you something
right there.

But the Montauk Project is very simple. Montauk is out on Long Island, New
York. It is at the very tip of what was a super-secret military
installation, most of which was underground, which was using sea water as an
antenna to monitor the soviet submarines that were based out of Norway. Now
this project was so super-secret, like many other military operations, they
put everybody in there under mind control. They used multi-generational
victims of mind control, or I should say incest, and they recruited them
into the military, and there's lots of them in there, and by the way, if you
look into the backgrounds, so many of the people who walk into the McDonalds
or the Burger King and open up a Mak 10 or an Uzi on a bunch of little
children, maybe those people were programmed to go in there and do that, but
the bottom line is look at their backgrounds. They all came out of the
military and they all came from a sexual abuse based family, and they were
all Dissociative Identity Disorder. That doesn't mean all DIDs are
dangerous. It means that DIDs are manipulated and I believe this is what
happened.

But the Montauk project, there's a lot of wild tales about it. But the
truth of the matter is, those wild tales, I happen to have the luxury of
knowing two of the psychological warfare agents, if you want to call them
that. I call them "officers," that actually put together some of the
information that was released to the populace through various newspapers,
through various radio programs, through various individuals, who by the way
will fully tell you they were victims of it, and these victims are standing
there talking about some claims that go well beyond the realm of
believability, like invisibility and time warping and all this sort of
thing, when in fact, if our government could do that, then we ain't really
here. But Montauk, all it is is a cover for what really happened, and the
government has done a remarkable job in coverup before.

The Philadelphia experiment, where they were testing paint on a ship, and
they were testing some electronics, some electromagnetic compressed,
compressed electromagnetic pulse beams, they wound up frying the brains of
the few people that were on board a ship in a Philadelphia harbor, and so
they wound up saying that they made the ship invisible and the people came
back and they were sticking out of the hull and all this kind of nonsense.
Don't you just imagine that George Bush would be right behind me, kicking my
derriere, if in fact these people could be invisible? Do you think that I'd
be out here doing this if these folks could be invisible? Well heck, it
doesn't make any sense. The bottom line is the places we hear this
information, if we track it, the information you are hearing tonight on MK
Ultra, every bit of it, we even gave you a road map in the back of the book
to look into it on a credible basis. Go to your public library. Go to your
medical library. Go see your psychiatrist, God help you if you got one.
But see him and ask him about DID or MPD. Ask him about the fact that in
1980 there were 200 cases, and in 1990 there were a quarter million, and by
1995 two and a half million, and this represents a fraction of what is out
there.

Question: Where can you get information on NLP?

Oh, this is tacky. Buy the book. It's right in the back.

Question: Does the Gospel play a role in your life?

I want to tell you all something right here and now. Rich Strawcutter is a
good example. He didn't even ask me. He knows better. But I had a fellow
come up to me yesterday, or the day before yesterday, and he got me right in
the face and he said, "Are you a Christian?" And I looked right back at him
and said, "It takes one to know one." We're supposed to be Christian, not
just tell folks we are. Its like saying, "Are you a member of my little
club?"

Question: (I can't begin to answer this.) Please explain the difference in
mind control as per Saint Ignatius (unintelligible.) I'm sorry. I can't do
it.

Cathy O'Brien:
Contrasted to CIA adaption of it. It was not meant to be used for evil
purposes. It is my understanding too that it was not meant to be used for
evil purposes, and I don't know that that has anything to do with a certain
faction of the Jesuits using mind control information. But I have heard
from some people high up in the Catholic Church since the release of this
information, very supportive information, about how the Vatican II was what
they claim that I was exposed to, that there was an enormous change within
the church when the corrupt faction did take over certain influences within
the church. This doesn't mean that they are in control of the church.
Absolutely not. There's a good many Catholics who are disgusted with the
way that the children are abused, used in the church, and there is an
enormous effort going on toward the church to be restored to its original
intent.

Mark Phillips:
Question: Is this 200 mile copper cable in the Michigan Upper Peninsula
about MK Ultra?

I don't know, but there's millions of miles of copper cable all over this
country. I really don't know about that particular one but I think Michigan
somehow plays a part in this HAARP thing, I'm not sure.. Please don't hold
all of our credibility based on that statement. I usually don't comment on
it.
Question: This is one of my favorite questions, and I'm hiding behind this
thing, so if there's any Scientologists out there, don't get mad at me,
because I'm going to say some nice things and I'm going to say some honest
things. The Church of Scientology: Do you know anything about the Church of
Scientology?

Yes I do.

Question: They have thousands of churches (unintelligible) in all the
magazines and they're talking about global expansion and group unification
and they all wear military uniforms when they dress up.

Well, they dress up in those sailor suits.

Question: Is this the New World Order church?

No.

Question: NLP Mind Control?

Yes. The Church of Scientology was founded by a, he was a naval
intelligence officer who became familiar with all this information back in
the late 40s like everybody else did, and he got so excited about it, he was
a very brilliant man, matter of fact, he went on to become a tremendously
popular science fiction writer, he wrote a book called "Dianetics."
Actually, he call it "Bible." Well, he is dead now. Well, his people say
he is still alive. But the fact is L. Ron Hubbard is a genius, and he
developed what I consider one of the greatest potential mental self help
books that I've ever seen in my life, except for one little thing. Listen.
When anybody tells you that they're going to change the language of
anything, in other words, when you take, and you say, "This is a kitty cat,
but from now on you gonna call it a dog," then there is something wrong with
this picture. Go along with the established protocol with whatever that
thing was called originally and you're going to stay safe. All he did was
just make up his own language, and that's how cult churches work. They take
the Gospel and they turn it around and they rename everything and they set
up their own languages and all of a sudden you go, "Uh." Well that's what
happened with the Church of Scientology. They've attracted a lot of real
rich folks, because, let me tell you something. A lot of survivors of this
stuff are not dirt poor. They are entertainers, and they got lots and lots
and lots of money that the IRS and their handlers haven't taken away from
them yet, and they wind up, and if you think about it, who would be a better
actor than an MPD? Somebody asked about Michael Jackson. I don't know
about Michael Jackson, but I can tell you that I saw Elizabeth Taylor's
bodyguard in charge of all her security get on international television, and
it is easy to get a copy of this, international television, and she got on
every access cable group I think in America, or the cable network and at
various times of the day and night you could see the show. He talked about
the fact that after Ms. Taylor rescued this young man and carried him to
England, and then was going to, had him in front of some doctors, his
"handlers" came and absolutely kidnaped him away from these doctors and
carried him back to this country, and then this child molestation case was
settled. Now there are lots of rumors abounding about Michael Jackson, but
I don't have any proof and I'm not going to stand up here, cause I sure
don't want to be sued by that guy.

Question: Is there anybody running for president who is honest and not
involved in all this?

Yeah. There is. There really is. ("Who?" from the audience.) That's the
problem. The problem is these people don't, it's too late in the game, and
right now, the bad guys are in control of all of this, whether you know it
or not. And you can accept it. We are the underbelly. We are ripping them
apart. So it doesn't matter who goes in. The president is not going to
make the difference. It's the rest of the government. It's that other
handful of criminals that, it's not just our government, it's the whole
world. Just a handful of criminals running our government and the whole
world, and I don't even know who's at the top, and I don't know who would be
the perfect candidate for president. I wouldn't have the job no matter what
you promised me! I can't imagine anybody taking that job right now, because
you've got a criminal element that's in charge of them!

Cathy O'Brien:
When the people lead, the leaders follow. It's up to all of us to take back
the...

Mark Phillips:
Yeah, we're doing it. Whether you all realize it or not, we're actually
accomplishing the impossible. All of us.

You gotta read the book! I'm not gonna take any questions from you. You
just gotta read the book.

Question: Usually I thought the CIA takes the book from the authors?

Uh huh. That's exactly why I self published it. Because I had more
publishers running into us, with all of this wild money that would have
ended all my problems, and some people said, "You're a criminal! You could
take this money and put Kelly back together." I said, "Let me tell you
something, pal. $200,000, and that was the top offer, wouldn't even begin to
put Kelly back together. All that's going to do is get me killed, because
then I lose control of this information for 17 years and I'm done." I said,
"No thank you. I'm going to open my own dang publishing company."

I appreciate you all asking about that New World Order Church on, oh, here's
another one.

Question: I'd heard John Lennon's assassin was inducted into CIA mind
control?

Yes.

Question: And in Algiers and was manipulated to murder Lennon. Have you
heard anything about this, or anything similar?

Yes. There's a fellow name of Walter Bower, and I won't give your name up,
but if you'd contact me, and you know my address, if you'd contact me, I'll
give you the information and the background research from two CIA officers
and a couple of FBI guys, and they (unintelligible) to you like that.

(From the audience: "Excuse me, Mark. There were two other questions on
there and the first one on the yellow piece of paper, that was my most
important one. I had one, two, three on the..")

Ok. Ok. Oh. Bear with me. Oh, yes.

Question: Doctors, drugs, surgery and medical tests are killing people.

You better believe it. Listen. I wouldn't go to a doctor if you all ran
over me with a truck. Unless I could find, I know some that I trust, who
even know how to use a knife.

Question: Also processed foods, NutraSweet and sugar?

Uh, stop. Stop. Plain old processed, or processed sugar is bad for you.
But unprocessed sugar, that's what the bad guys want you to think. Because
let me tell you, the first thing we take somebody off of is sugar. The
first thing, in order to maintain mind control on somebody and lower their
blood sugar, you take them off of sugar, and you put them on NutraSweet. I
want to tell you all, right here and now, NutraSweet is harder to get
somebody off of than heroin.

Cathy O'Brien:
I know. I went through it. It is absolutely terrible, because NutraSweet
actually does something where a person becomes more suggestible and more
receptive and not so clear thinking on their own, and that was something
that they wanted, so I was forced to consume copious quantities of the
NutraSweet. It was horrible getting off of it.

Mark Phillips:
Question: I heard there's a pill the CIA can give somebody that would cause
him to have a heart attack.

There's over 1100 of them, and that was in 1967. You don't have to give
them a pill. You can program it in. She had death programs, and I almost
lost her. Most of the ones like Cathy are not vocal because they are dead.
Because once that programming it tripped over, and it's in there, you know
it right up front, because, and I'm not going to get into those issues right
in front of this audience, because they are clinical and somebody could get
hurt in here. But there are certain indicators up front that let you know
they are there. And I haven't, not that I've seen anybody in Michigan
that's been programmed with a death program, but I don't know.

Question: Can this happen to anybody?

Well, no, it can't. But yes, it can. They can spray you in the face with
Hypogaine and you gonna be nuttier than a fruitcake for the rest of your
natural life, until you take the antidote, and if you wait more than 44
days, you can forget the antidote. Hypogaine comes from a root or a vine in
South America. A lawyer just got hit with it down in Texas the other day
because he's a constitutional lawyer, and now he's just wackier than
anything you ever heard of. He thinks that things are molesting him. He
absolutely thinks he's got things crawling all over him. And we got him on
the antidote, and couldn't keep him on there because it's against his
rights, the court said, even though he was improving. So it's very sad.

There's a million things they can give you against your knowledge. That's
just too broad to even cover.

Question: If one never goes to bars, and is 100% of what goes on around him,
how could you market, oh. Oh. I see what you're saying. In other words,
how could you fall victim to it?

I'll tell you how you can fall victim to it. They can rub it on the
doorknob. But listen. You go and get paranoid, and thinking they are
going to come and get you, you're just as good as dead, and you might as
well just go off somewhere and you're not going to be any good to anybody.
Listen. Fear is your worst victim, or your worst victimizer, I should say.
If Cathy and I walked around paranoid about what we are doing, we wouldn't
be here. I would be in a looney bin somewhere, and she would have suicided.
But that's not going to happen.

Cathy O'Brien:
Incidently, neither one of us is suicidal.

Mark Phillips:
Oh, please! Neither one of us is suicidal. (Unintelligible.)

Question: (Unintelligible) this book without being stopped, they would have
(unintelligible) and the way the law doesn't allow government employees to
(unintelligible.)

I was not a government employee. I was paid by Ampex Corporation. And
since I was a civilian employee, and I was not an officer, I was an
operative, it makes a big distinction there. For one thing, there are
things that I can't talk about, and there's no sense of me telling you about
a key, down in the Florida Keys, that isn't on the map, called Inner(?) Key.
Oh no. I can't talk about that. (Unintelligible) down there.
(Unintelligible) But I can't tell you about that key.

Listen, these people are smart, they're sociopaths, and they're just plumb
dangerous, and I'm not going to make light of it. And I'm going to tell you
right now that there are things you can do to protect yourself. First thing
you better do though, and I'm not making light of this, first thing you
might better do is make sure that your relationship with yourself and your
God is intact, because (unintelligible) matters.

Question: Do you know how someone could find out if they were a victim of MK
Ultra experiment?

Yes. Assured. As a matter of fact we get a number of requests for this,
and I have a standard test I send them out, and it is very revealing. It
tells me everything I need to know, and if you want to write to me, I wish
somebody would give me a break though, and put two dollars in an envelope, a
copy, making a copy, it takes time to do it, but I'll do it. I'll send it
to you, you can fill it out, I'll even show you how to fill it out, it's
real simple, and mail it back.

Question: Would you all say that Jim Jones was an experiment in MK Ultra?

I'll just tell you this. We have copies of the CIA's deed for the land in
French Guyana, and Jonestown. They even bought the property for Jim Jones.
It wasn't intended (unintelligible) experiment, it was for biologicals. And
there's two more encampments still there that you all don't know about.
Contact the Guyanese government, and ask them what's going on down there,
next to Jonestown, within 100, 120 miles. They still got two encampments,
and they're still testing. The Mossad is down there, the French are down
there, MI6(?) is down there, and the CIA is down there.

Cathy O'Brien:
Question: Kelly's 16 years old now. Will you be able to free her at the age
of 18 years old, and where is Kelly being held?

Mark Phillips:
What a good question.

Cathy O'Brien:
Yeah, excellent. Unfortunately, Kelly must be deprogrammed in order that
she not be a threat to herself or to society. She wants to be a
contributing factor to society, and she wants to be able to live as she
knows she is inside. She wants to be able to express soul, free of any mind
manipulation and mind control. Until she is deprogrammed, she is still
accessible, and therefore is a threat to herself and to society, because she
was genetically born and raised and mind control programmed to go into
espionage, so she has the programming that is accessible, and she lives in
fear of someone accessing that program before she gets some help. So we've
got to continue to increase public outcry to this point where the State of
Tennessee and the government must release the information on her
victimization and the technology in order that Kelly and so many others like
her can be helped. So please, I implore all of you and encourage all of
you, to write Kelly with letters of kindness and support, through the
address in the book, and also please write the state of Tennessee and demand
to know what national security has to do with Kelly.

Mark Phillip:
Question: Many authors offer riveting tales in published books. Can you
dispel the rumor that you have simply authored a fantastic tale through the
vulnerable mind, (then they scratched all that out,) of a DID patient, I.E.
Cathy O'Brien.

Yes. I sure can. If you will buy the book and look at the evidences that
support it, and please, please follow through with what I am talking about,
and remember one thing in your head. I am not insane, I (unintelligible)
mental illness, and I left a lot of money in the bank to insure the fact to
insure the fact that the CIA would think I was crazy. Now anybody in this
room can go back and check me out, I've given you enough information, I've
given you my date of birth, my place of birth. Any of you in here can get
in there and start checking. So the point is people don't do these things
that Cathy and I are doing, for one thing, how many of you, would you please
hold your hand up, would like to be up here doing what I am doing, and make
yourselves a cool 2500 bucks a year. No takers. Well, I can make you a
published offer. Get me a manuscript. I've got my own publishing company
now.

Question: Do you feel Bill Clinton himself could be manipulated by MK Ultra?

Boy, I'll tell you, there's a lot of conjecture on that one. I don't think
so. I don't think (unintelligible.)

We've run out of time. We've gotta be out of here by eleven o'clock, and
I've only go a couple of minutes, and every one of your questions is
important. But we're here strictly by the grace of God, Rich Strawcutter
and Dominic Vincintini, and our book sales. And any of you that would buy a

here, but that would make somebody paranoid. And by the way, that's how we

Observations and further contact with Mark Phillips and Cathy O'Brien:

After purchasing and reading their book, "Trance Formation of America," I
was put in contact with Mark Phillips by a mutual friend, who sat in on the
conference call. I found Mark Phillips friendly and willing to answer all
of my questions at that time. I asked him to send me the original document
package that he refers to in his book:


"For five consecutive years beginning in 1988, we personally presented
testimony and supporting irrefutable evidences to all applicable county,
state and federal law enforcement agencies. This same testimony was hand

A careful look at this material will reveal nothing whatsoever supporting
their specific claims as to who they are or what they have been through,
although the package made very interesting reading and provided me with many
leads for subsequent research.

I was then told that Mark and Cathy would be in my area on June 4, and that
they were willing to spend "as much time with me as I needed." I prepared a
series of interview questions, along with some specific documentation
requests. I also prepared the document requests in written form, in case
something precluded us from meeting as we had planned, and so they would
have something to take with them.

A trusted friend accompanied me to their presentation on June 4, 1996. I
openly audio taped the presentation along with several others. The event
was also video taped, but I do not know by whom. I found Mark to be a
brilliant speaker and audience handler. He was entertaining and a pleasure
to listen to. Cathy wasn't so comfortable, but she did well also. It was
interesting to note that she would often lose her place mid-sentence, appear
to be "reading the air" for a couple of seconds, then pick up on the next
word and continue as if there had been no pause.

The meeting ran longer than expected, and Mark and Cathy were occupied
selling their books until we were all thrown out of the building by the
janitorial staff. I waited in the parking lot while they carried on
separate conversations for quite a while.

My patience began to wear thin as the hour approached midnight, so I
approached Mark to speak to him. He grabbed the person he was talking to
and moved further away from me. I finally walked up to him and told him I
wasn't going to be able to wait any longer, as I had to work the following
day. He expressed regrets and offered to meet me for breakfast, if that
would work better. I decided it wouldn't, handed him my prepared written
document requests, and we parted.

During my time in the parking lot with them, I noted that Mark and Cathy
were traveling in a new Chrysler Imperial with an Alabama vanity plate which
reads, "MONARCH."

Mark called me the following day, assuring me that all of my requests for
documentation would be easily fulfilled, and that he would give them prompt
attention upon his return to his home.

The documents I specifically requested were medical documents covering
diagnosis and treatment of Cathy's physical scars, mutilations and eye
damage, legal documents demonstrating their struggles with the courts
regarding both Cathy and Kelly, and anything at all he could give me to
demonstrate any single aspect or event of Cathy's story while she was still
under mind control, since they adamantly claim to be "fully documented."
Again, I was assured all of this was available, that it would be sent to me
promptly, and that I would be welcome to share it with anybody I wished, in
any way I wished.

After nearly a month of waiting, I received call from Mark telling me that
the documentation had finally been assembled and it was on the way.

The second documentation package contained the following:

A color photograph taken of an eye under a slit lamp, with the note that
this showed the damage to Cathy's eye. I had the image checked out by a
certified ophthalmic technician, who said that the image did not seem to
show any damage, but that it was a very difficult image to read.
A subpoena for Mark to appear before a grand jury to testify about
allegations that he threatened the President of the United States
A letter from the U.S. Justice department to Mark Phillips advising him
of the reason for the subpoena.
A letter from Henry Martin, Mark Phillips' attorney, to Van Vincent,
Assistant U.S. Attorney, regarding the above investigation
A letter from Bob Clement, Representative of Tennessee, to Cathy O'Brien,
thanking her for additional information regarding Kelly.
A letter from Bob Dole to Mark Phillips telling him that his letter had
been referred to Al Gore.
A letter from Cathy O'Brien to Bob Dole regarding Cathy's and Kelly's
"diligent pursuit of justice".
A letter from John H. Wright, CIA, informing her that there is nothing

pages, I will have to ask for reimbursement for copying charges.

The tapes are of miserable quality, and further duplication will result in
nearly a nearly useless copy. Therefore, I am not making copies of the
tapes available, but I will certainly retain them to substantiate the
accuracy of this transcription. I also have witnesses to all contacts
except for the second and third phone conversations with Mr. Phillips.
