Check this out... it's the initial approach by the cops to Floyd's vehicle - which looks pretty routine judging by the body language etc. of those two cops. You can tell he's fairly wasted (on Fentanyl), and starts to get pissed when he realizes they're taking him into custody. Obviously it escalated after that point...
