Since the surname "Wilhelm" is likely an Ashkenazi aliasing job (hijacking of the Kaiser's name), maybe "De Blasio" was actually the original (Spanish) family name?
Then again, an anagram of "De Blasio" is "Se Diablo" -- the Devil himself?
