The Secret House Memo and "Rescue from Above"

The theme: Something starts off as fairly reasonable, and then is blown out of all proportion.

First, a brief recap on the secret House memo—not available to the press or public—and the reaction to it.

Purportedly, the memo will reveal that Democrat operatives—some inside the FBI and the DOJ—feloniously used a fake and fabricated "Trump dossier" to obtain a warrant to spy on the Trump team during and after the 2016 presidential campaign.

The spying was then undertaken to hopefully a) gain information that would help defeat Trump in the election; and b) connect Trump to "Russian efforts" to influence the election in his favor.

Breitbart: "Members of the House on Thursday said they viewed a 'shocking' classified memo allegedly detailing abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) by senior Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigations officials in relation to the investigation of the Trump campaign and called for it to be declassified and available to the public immediately."

"'The facts contained in this memo are jaw-dropping and demand full transparency. There is no higher priority than the release of this information to preserve our democracy,' said Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), a member of the Judiciary Committee, which oversees the DOJ and the FBI."

"Another Judiciary Committee member, Rep. Steve King (R-IA), called what he saw in the memo 'sickening' and said it was 'worse than Watergate'."

From this platform, some people are expressing hope that the memo will achieve everything from jailing Hillary Clinton and James Comey to "draining the whole swamp." They claim the memo contains the answer to who murdered Seth Rich, as well as the outline of a 16-year plan to destroy the US.

And at the extreme end of THAT scenario—there are friendly extra-terrestrials in the wings offering us help.

You can find such "analyses" sweeping around online.

It's called Rescue From Above.

It happens every time...

In this case, what starts out as a possibly explosive secret memo, which could indict key members of the FBI and DOJ and DNC, including Hillary, and exonerate Trump from charges of Russian collusion...becomes a messianic mission from higher powers to save the country and the world.

And the key is: all people have to do is sit back and wait. Rescue will happen.

Advertising follows the same model. "Merely by buying this product, you will become better."

This perverse approach (also of course used by organized religious organizations) limits the definition of rescue to "something coming from the outside."

Rescue certainly doesn't come from YOU, for YOU.

No, no, no. That would be too much to ask. If true, that would be alarming.

No. Instead, sign up for a Great Marshmallow that will encase you and give you Fulfillment at some point, hopefully soon.

Righteously arresting government criminals for serious crimes is a long way off from the Marshmallow.

One of the first articles I wrote for publication (circa 1982, LA Weekly) described how certain "Tribulation and Rapture" Christian leaders in the US were urging extremist Israeli groups to raid the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. Destroying this holy Islamic Shrine would then trigger the ultimate war on the Plain of Armageddon.

But that was presented as a good thing. Because, in the process, God would lift true believers from Earth into Heaven, and the other billions of non-believers would perish in nuclear fire.

Spy Court Finds Surveillance Operating Outside The Law

The NSA, CIA, and FBI are criminal organizations that should be abolished and their leaderships imprisoned. On page 4 the federal court that oversees the spy program states that the US government has not been in compliance with procedures governing the acquisition of data from spying. Moreover, the full scope of noncompliance "had not been previously disclosed to the court."

The document describes aspects of the government's noncompliance with the law and steps the government assures the court that it has taken to bring surveillance into compliance with the law.

Historically, police states have told courts whatever the courts wanted to hear and proceeded with their police state activities. The conspiracy that the House Intelligence Committee has uncovered between US security agencies, Hillary Clinton, and the presstitute media to overturn the election of President Trump is sufficient evidence that the police state remains out of control. Whether the Republicans on the Intelligence Committee will use the facts to bring the police state under control or wimp out on "national security" concerns, as Republicans tend to do, remains to be seen.

When the court comes to the issue of assessing whether the spy regime is consistent with the Fourth Amendment, it becomes obvious that the Fourth Amendment, one of the cornerstones of American civil liberty, has been undermined by the 9/11 hoax that pretends the world's only superpower defended by the NSA universal spy program was defeated by a handful of Saudi Arabians who could not fly airplanes. The court says that the Fourth Amendment is a case of balancing the interests at stake. One interest is privacy. The other is the government's interest in safeguarding the country's security. The more important the government's interest, the greater the intrusion on privacy that can be constitutionally tolerated. In other words, the court is constrained in its interpretation of the Constitution by the official 9/11 yarn. Insouciant Americans so anxious to believe the government about the evil Muslims had no idea they were dooming their own civil liberty.

The NSA Is a Blackmail Agency

The main function of the National Security Administration is to collect the dirt on members of the house and senate, the staffs, principal contributors, and federal judges. The dirt is used to enforce silence about the crimes of the security agencies.

The blackmail mechanism was put into gear the minute the news reported that the House Intelligence Committee had assembled proof that the FBI, DOJ, and DNC created Russiagate as a conspiracy to unseat President Trump. Members of Congress with nothing to hide demanded the evidence be released to the public. Of course, it was to be expected that release of the facts would be denounced by Democrats, but Republicans, such as Rep. Mike Conaway (R, Texas), himself a member of the committee, joined in the effort to protect the Democrats and the corrupt FBI and DOJ from exposure. The logical assumption is that every member of Congress opposed to informing the American public of the Russiagate conspiracy to unseat the President of the United States is being blackmailed by the security agencies who planned, organized, and implemented the conspiracy against the President of the United States and American democracy.

"Explosive", "Shocking" And "Alarming" FISA Memo Set To Rock DC, "End Mueller Investigation"

All hell is breaking loose in Washington D.C. after a four-page memo detailing extensive FISA court abuse was made available to the entire House of Representatives Thursday. The contents of the memo are so explosive, says Journalist Sara Carter, that it could lead to the removal of senior officials in the FBI and the Department of Justice and the end of Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation.

As I have reported, the Obama Police State Regime was completely corrupt. The story might now come out. Will the NYT, WashPost, CNN, and NPR report the story, ignore the story, or explain the story away?

If this report is correct, it will bring Russiagate to an end, or rather turn it against its originators, thus freeing President Trump to normalize relations with Russia. Pray that Congress understands the stakes and releases the memo.

The FBI has asked retired Australian policeman-turned investigative journalist, Michael Smith, to provide information he has gathered detailing multiple allegations of the Clinton Foundation receiving tens of millions of mishandled taxpayer funds, according to LifeZette.

"I have been asked to provide the FBI with further and better particulars about allegations regarding improper donations to the CF funded by Australian taxpayers," Smith told LifeZette.

Of note, the Clinton Foundation received some $88 million from Australian taxpayers between 2006 and 2014, reaching its peak in 2012-2013 – which was coincidentally (we're sure) Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard's last year in office.
